Community Thought Exchange, Back-to-School Edition with the AWSD School Board and Administrative Team

When: Thursday, October 15th at 6:30 PM

Where: Athena Elementary School Cafeteria

What: Presentations and small-group discussions around the following topics:

  • What’s new in the district

  • Graduation and attendance rates

  • Profile of a successful student

  • Phones and kids

  • Hot Topic: length of Oregon school year and academic reporting requirements

  • General Q&A

Need childcare to attend? We will offer Supervised Fun Fall Activities during the Thought Exchange for students in grades PreK-5.

  • Bring your child to the AES library at 6:30 PM on Thursday, October 15th.

  • Attend the AWSD Community Thought Exchange in the AES cafeteria at 6:30 PM
