Summer Employment Opportunity!
The YMCA is looking for creative, energetic and dedicated people to join our Summer Reconnect team. This summer the Y will be operating youth programs in Walla Walla, Milton-Freewater and Athena as we help kids ages 3-14 re-connect both socially and emotionally.
You all know the toll COVID-19 social isolation has taken. This is your chance to do something about it! Help break the cycle of learning loss that kids have experienced due to school closures. We will provide full and half-day summer programs for youth to tap into their creativity, rekindle their energy and re-engage with their peers. We are recruiting now for people of all abilities and interests to be part of the most vital summer program for children and youth ever! Join an essential youth program as we work together to help kids launch their summer journey!
POSITIONS AVAILABLE Camp Counselors, Lead Camp Counselors, Summer Camp Assistant Preschool Teachers, Teen Summer of Exploration Counselors, Summer Enrichment (a licensed program) Teachers and Aides, Lifeguards and Swim Instructors.
