The breakfast/lunch program will begin on the first day of school, September 5, 2023.
We request that ALL families fill out the Oregon Household Application for Free and Reduced Price. The Oregon Expanded Income Guidelines (EIG) have changed drastically and more families will qualify for Free and Reduced Prices. We urge you to please take a moment and fill out the application and return to the District Office as soon as possible.

Grades 9th - 12th - Breakfast $1.75/Lunch $3.00

Payments
All school meals include one milk. Students may purchase an extra milk or milk to go with a sack lunch for a cost of $0.50.
Checks should be made payable to: Hot Lunch Fund.
Also, you may pay your student’s food service bill online: www.mymealtime.com. Please note, there is a fee associated with this system.
If your student had a negative balance from last school year, it will be carried forward to the current academic year.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
