Registration is $50 per athlete per OSHS Clay.
School forms on FinalForms. Any athletes that are participating in a spring sport need to register on FinalForms. You may not practice without updated forms. Parents, the registration begins with YOU so that you can sign the acknowledgements. Register here before the season starts!
